1.  Formal Education
2 year Associate degree = 2 points
4 year Bachelor degree = 4 points
Master's degree / Doctorate = 6 points
Acceptable documentation is a diploma or transcript from the institution conferring the degree.

30-59 Semester Hours = 1 point
60-89 Semester Hours = 2 points
90-119 Semester Hours = 3 points
120+ Semester Hours = 4 points
Points requested must be accompanied by proper documentation, such as a transcript.  "Equivalent" testing in lieu of actual credits is not acceptable.

Business Management/Business Development experience must have direct and verifiable relevance to doing business with government agencies.
