APTAC Certification, Recertification and Professional Development

A PTAC's success is dependent upon the expertise of its professional staff - and that expertise must be continually evolving and expanding.  Consequently, APTAC's primary focus is to support and recognize the professional development of its members.  To that end, we have a robust and active Certification program. This page is the gateway to all the information you will need for APTAC Certification, Recertification and the maintenance of your professional development records

Professional Development Records
APTAC maintains an on-line record of the training credits you've earned as part of your profile.  (See "Professional Development" under "My Information" on the Members' Portal).   Training acquired outside of APTAC Conferences must be submitted for review by the Education Committee to determine how much - if any - credit may be granted for participation in that training.  Program Managers may submit training for review through the on-line process located on the Program Managers' page of the APTAC website. 
***ALL DAU courses are considered "pre-approved" and do not need to be submitted for review.  Simply e-mail DAU certificates of completion to atc@aptac-us.org.
