Are you a business interested in pursuing Government Contracts?   Then you want to Find the PTAC nearest you.  PTACs provide the information, education and one-on-one guidance you need to identify, bid and perform on government contracts at all levels.  No APTAC membership is required.  PTACs are happy to help all interested businesses in their service areas and many of their services are available free of charge.
 
If you are a business interested in government contracts - you do NOT want to become a member of APTAC.   APTAC is the membership association of and for the PTACs.  Only DLA funded Procurement Centers are eligible for APTAC Membership. Please Find your local PTAC for assistance.
 
Are you a DLA Funded PTAC, a federal employee who works with PTACs, or a retired APTAC member who would like to stay involved in the organization?  If so, please review the information below and contact us at membership@aptac-us.org!  APTAC supports the PTACs by providing them important information, professional networking, comprehensive training opportunities and a voice in national government contracting assistance and policy arenas.

Organizations that have a cooperative agreement with the Defense Logistics Agency Office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization, or its successor organization, to fulfill the purposes of the Procurement Technical Assistance Program as authorized under Title 10, United States Code, Chapter 142.  

Members in good standing receive full voting privileges.

 

 


 

  

 

Colleague


Any person who is employed by the federal government on a full time basis; any retired person who had qualified as an employee of a (PTAP/PTAC) member in good standing; and any such other person whose participation is deemed beneficial to APTAC, as determined by a vote of the Board of Directors, after review and report by the Membership Committee.

The colleague category is a non-voting status and is subject to board approval annually.  The colleague category is not available to those charging a fee for personal or consulting services in a related field.  There is an annual fee for this level of membership; waived for any retired APTAC past president
and for current federal employees.  Some APTAC programs and services may not be available to Colleagues.
