Members


Organizations that have a cooperative agreement with the Defense Logistics Agency Office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization, or its successor organization, to fulfill the purposes of the Procurement Technical Assistance Program as authorized under Title 10, United States Code, Chapter 142.  

Members in good standing receive full voting privileges.

 

Associates

 


Any other corporations, organizations or individuals who wish to become members can apply for associate membership.  There are set fees for this level of membership and the application is subject to board approval. 

This is a nonvoting membership level. 

 

 

  

 

Colleague


Any person who is employed by the federal government on a full time basis; any retired person who had qualified as an employee of a (PTAP/PTAC) member in good standing; and any such other person whose membership is deemed beneficial to APTAC, as determined by a vote of the Board of Directors, after review and report by the Membership Committee.

The colleague category is a non-voting membership level and is subject to board approval annually.  The colleague category is not available to those charging a fee for personal services in a related field.  There is an annual fee for this level of membership; waived for any retired APTAC past president
and for current federal employees.
