Procurement Technical Assistance Program

The Defense Logistics Agency supplies the nation's military services and several civilian agencies with the critical resources they need to accomplish their worldwide missions.  DLA provides wide-ranging logistical support for peacetime and wartime operations as well as emergency preparedness and humanitarian missions.

Administered by DLA's office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, the Procurement Technical Assistance Program supports and extends DLA's mission of providing the best value logistics support to America's Armed Forces by acting as a bridge between buyer and supplier, bringing to bear knowledge of both government contracting and the capabilities of an extensive network of contractors to maximize fast, reliable service to our government with better quality and at lower costs.
