Q.  Where do I find information on the Defense Grant and Agreement Regulation System (DGARS)?

A.  Go to this URL - http://www.dtic.mil/whs/directives/corres/html/32106.htm select the format in which you would like to view the document and you should have your information.

If the above site isn’t what you need then go to - National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) site for the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) at http://www.access.gpo.gov/nara/cfr/waisidx_00/32cfrv1_00.html where you can select what parts you want to review.
