* Organizational Membership is based on your program budget.  To determine your membership dues, multiply your current Total Program Cost (TPC) proposed to DLA plus the PTAC "match" amount by .0025.  (Example:  $600,000 (DLA funds) + $600,000 (PTAC match) = $1,200,000.00)

NOTE:  $750.00 is the minimum owed even if your calculation shows less. (Example:  $250,000.00 x .0025 = $625.00 you would owe $750.00).  There is a maximum amount of $3000.00.

Organizational membership is granted to DLA funded PTAC's only.  Members in good standing receive full voting privileges.


 

 Associate member
   (two subcategories)

For profit - $5000 per year.  For profit package includes: general membership e-mail access, TWO free admissions to two APTAC conferences, a reserved meal table at APTAC conferences, additional conference attendees at member rates, link to their web site from the APTAC member logon, recognition in the conference program, 5 minute infomercial during one APTAC lunch presentation, and one standard exhibit space for two APTAC conferences.  The conferences are defined as the spring and fall conference of the member year. *Note: email access per executive board discretion.  Board reserves the right to make substitutions in member package when items are or time is not available.
  Not for profit - $5000 per year.  Not for profit package includes:  General e-mail access and one standard exhibit space for two APTAC conferences, two free admissions to two APTAC conferences and additional conference attendees at member rates.  The conferences are defined as the spring and fall conference of the member year.  Proof of  not-for-profit status may be required at application.

Colleague Members
(three subcategories)

Federal Members - no fee.  The Federal members will have free exhibits at conferences (space permitting). Conference cost will be $100 off the membership conference fee per person.  Annual renewal required.  Must be currently employed by the federal government.

Alumni Members

Past President Alumni Members:  No fee.  Past President Alumni will receive member pricing for conference attendance.
  Alumni Members - $100 annual fee.  Alumni will receive member pricing for conference attendance.  Alumni membership will be approved by the Board
  Other Members - pricing and benefits package will be determined by the Board on a case by case basis.

Associate & Colleague members will have general membership email access (at executive board discretion) and, are all non-voting membership categories.

Federal:  No Annual Fee.  Individuals employed by the Federal government on a full time basis.  Non-voting.  Not available to those charging a fee for personal services in a related field.

IMPORTANT!!  To be eligible to vote and to receive a discount on conference fees you must be listed on your organization member roster.  Please provide us with a list of those employees you wish to list on your member roster.  As a general guideline, all employees submitted (for a PTAC program) must also be on the DLA SCAA Roster.  This information needs to be on file at APTAC Headquarters prior to voting at the annual conference.

Be sure to submit this form before proceeding to the membership roster form.
