Program helps women business owners navigate federal contracts process

More than 130 women who own small businesses in New Hampshire and surrounding states gathered on Tuesday to educate themselves on small business certification and government contracting.
ChallengeHER is a national initiative designed to promote the Women-Owned Small Business Federal Contract Program. This year’s Women Impacting Public Policy’s ChallengeHER event was held at Rivier University — the first time the program has ventured into New England.

WOSB Federal Contract Program contracting officers to set aside certain federal contracts for eligible women owned small business.  ChallengeHER is deisgned to strenghten that program.  Contact your nearest PTAC to learn more about the WOSB Program.
