Quad Cities Chamber RFP: Asset Mapping and Defense Related Economic Base Assessment

The Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce is seeking qualified Consultants with our RFP for the Defense Industry Adjustment Program. The Quad Cities Chamber is the recipient of a sub award from the University of IL of an Office of Economic Adjustment Department of Defense Grant to implement specific activities to our defense industry ecosystem.

We are seeking qualified contractors to respond to this RFP for a project here in the IL/IA Midwest Quad City Region to provide Asset Mapping, Economic Assessment for the QC Defense Related Base, and to Create a Defense and Manufacturing Innovation Ecosystem Partnership for the Quad Cities Region.
