Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for Building Maintenance and Operations issued to get industry feedback

The U.S General Services Administration (GSA) is embarking on a Federal Strategic Sourcing Initiative for Building Maintenance and Operations (herein BMO) services. BMO is issuing a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for the proposed acquisition solution for the purposes of getting industry feedback.

The contract type is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ). The objective of the solution is to provide Government agencies with an acquisition vehicle that offers a comprehensive coverage of services that fall under the building maintenance and operations scope.

Notification of Industry Day Series March 31-April 2, 2015

GSA will host a series of public events to get feedback from industry about the BMO strategic sourcing acquistion solicitation.

March 31 – April 2, 2015 from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. (EDT), GSA will be holding a series of Industry Days dedicated to engaging commercial firms and industry organizations to gather their input regarding the development of a government-wide, potential strategic sourcing program related to Building Maintenance and Operations (BMO) services. The events will be held in the following locations:

Philadelphia, PA on March 31, 2015
New York City, NY on April 1 •
Washington,DC on April 2.
