Notice of Virtual Industry Days for Facilities Maintenance

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville (CEHNC) has schedule two virtual industry days – one via Facebook Live and one via webinar format.  Please see details below..  Registration deadline for both is May 1, 2017:

  • Facilities and Equipment Maintenance and Service Acquisition which is scheduled for 03 May 2017 from 1300 hours to 1600 hours Central Daylight Savings Time (CDT).  The Sources Sought / Virtual Industry Day notice is posted already on FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov ) site under W912DY-17-R-0043; see for additional information.  CEHNC is seeking qualified firms, either singularly or as part of an assembled team, to procure multiple, indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contracts to provide maintenance and services for Army buildings and structures. These services will be provided to multiple Army and other Department of Defense (DoD) organizations in the contiguous Unites States and outside the continental United States. There is potential performance areas outside the contiguous United States to include Turkey, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Bahrain, Jordan, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Guam, Puerto Rico, Okinawa, and Australia. The work at these locations is expected primarily for Access Control Point (ACP) related work.  The contracts will have a five year ordering period. The programmatic value of all task orders awarded under all of the ID/IQ contracts is $425M. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561210, Facility Support Services. The small business size standard is $38.5 million..

The agenda will consist of an overview of the Scope of Work, planned acquisition strategy, tips and best practices for Small Business, and a Question and Answer (Q&A) session.

  • Medical Facilities Services Support II Acquisition which is scheduled for 04 May 2017 from 1300 hours to 1530 hours Central Daylight Savings Time (CDT).  The Virtual Industry Day notice is posted already on FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) site under W912DY-17-R-0028; see for additional information.CEHNC is seeking qualified firms, either singularly or as part of an assembled team, to procure general project support services, facility operation and maintenance, facility support services, project development services, quantity verification and analysis services, commissioning, occupancy support services and facilities system support. These services will be provided to Department of Defense (DoD) organizations and other designated Federal agencies within the contiguous Unites States (U.S.) to include Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories. There is potential performance areas outside the contiguous United States to include Korea, Japan, Germany and Italy. The work at these locations is to achieve mission objectives of U.S. Government medically-related activities. The contracts will have a five year ordering period. The programmatic value of all task orders awarded under all of the multiple, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contracts is $150M. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561210, Facility Support Services. The small business size standard is $38.5 million.
