DLA Training for HUBZone Manufacturers

HUBZone Supplier Workshops

Don’t miss these workshops designed specifically for HUBZone suppliers offered in conjunction with DLA Land and Maritime’s Training-Knowledge-Opportunities (TKO) on July 15 and 16th. On the second day (July 16th), you can take advantage of:

     – “Staying Alive as a HUBZone: Navigating the waters of Certification and Recertification ” ,

     – “Getting in the Game: Effectively responding to Sources Sought Notices and Market Surveys”, and

     –  Matchmaker sessions with buyers and technical staff from DLA Land and Maritime.

The objective is to not only identify any challenges HUBZone suppliers may have in bidding on DLA items, but more importantly to help your company  more successfully quote on DLA solicitations related to your area of expertise.

If you are interested in this opportunity,  please contact DLA Small Business Specialist William Willis as soon as possible at william.willis@dla.mil or 614-692-5327.  For companies that cannot travel to Columbus, there may be the opportunity to connect with buyers via teleconference, on a limited basis.  To help determine if this opportunity is appropriate for your business, please review the NSNs that DLA believes are good candidates for small businesses by reviewing the spreadsheet  located on the “Potential Opportunities” button at the top of DLA Land & Maritime’s Small Business Website.
