GSA Small Business First Fair – June 17th

The General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Small Business Utilization has announced they are holding a “Small Business First” Fair at their Washington, DC headquarters on June 17, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

This event will focus on current GSA contractors who can fulfill opportunities with the agency.  The small business categories like HUBZone and Service Disabled Veteran small businesses are of special interest to perform as primes as GSA seeks to exceed their national small business goals.

They have also collaborated with the National Capital Region (NCR) to support their contribution to the national effort and provide you direct access to their small business needs.

Business Primer for Small Business Subcontracting Matchmaking Session – Room 1459

10:50 a.m -12:30 p.m.

This session will provide the small business attendees an opportunity to discuss their capabilities and learn about potential subcontracting opportunities with GSA lessors. The meeting will allow the Lessor to connect with potential subcontractors and small companies will learn tips to be successful bidders. This event can also help Lessors understand how to break up certain contracts into smaller chunks so small business subcontractors can compete for jobs.
