Great News!! The Multiple Environmental Government Acquisition (MEGA)-Restricted is finally posted on FedBizOpps (FBO).

The FBO link to this solicitation (W912DY-16-R-0077) is as follows: https://go.usa.gov/xRzy9 . This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-aside. The primary NAICS code is 562910 – Environmental Remediation Services with a Size Standard of 750 employees.

The government is anticipating awarding to a target of five (5) eligible Small Business Offerors. However, the government reserves the right to select more, less, or none at all. The share Total Contract capacity would be $400,000,000.00. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, Best Value Tradeoff Methods will be used.

It is important that the offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov prior to submission of proposals. Also, all offerors should direct their attention to the ‘Limitation on Subcontracting Clause (52.219-14) found in the FAR. (See www.acquisition.gov)

Proposals are due 30 November 2017, no later than 1400 hours (2:00 p.m.)Central Time.
